LEASE PREPARATION

We have a standard Lease Agreement that we use. We will review the Lease with you and cover any questions you may have.

SECURITY DEPOSITS

Security Deposits for Tenants are kept in a controlled account until Tenancy terminates. Following the exit walk through, any repair/cleaning items and fees are invoiced to the Tenant, and if lower than the Security deposit amount, a refund is issued within 30 days. You will receive a detailed transaction as Owner of the Property as well.

TENANT SCREENING

We offer an easy, online or in person application process that enables applicants to get qualified within the same day. You set your requirements, and if a candidate doesn’t meet them we will notify you for a final decision. If they meet your requirements, we then start the Leasing process.
